We bring more than three decades of corporate security leadership across complex environments, including Class A office towers, high-profile assets, and multi-market portfolios. We've led at the executive level, designed and delivered large-scale preparedness programs, and partnered directly with law enforcement and external stakeholders to build exercises that reflect real-world conditions.

The properties under our leadership won the inaugural and in total 5 K.E.E.P. Awards (Knowledge and Excellence in Emergency Preparedness). Our founder was the one-time chair of the ASIS Commercial Real Estate Council, chair of AOBA Emergency Preparedness Committee and served as President of the Washington Area Security Manager’s Association. LaNile was also recognized by The Maryland Chiefs of Police Association as the Private Sector Person of the Year for his emergency training efforts through the State.
We've also partnered with the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) Special Operations Division and conducted active shooter exercises, allowing MPD to simulate an active shooter scenario and response in 3 commercial office buildings in DC. PD fired blank rounds so the tenants and staff got the full effect of an Active Shooter scenario.
